Veggies Will Improve Your Life

Food. Is. Medicine.
And, veggies are like the all-star medicine when it comes to using food to fuel your body.
They are packed with vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, fiber, water - all of which help fight disease, ease that dreaded constipation, keep us full and satiated, and help us lose weight.
So, an amazing rule of thumb, is fill your plate, your bowl, your shakes, with more veggies.
Add spinach to your shakes (HINT, you can’t taste it at all!)
Have a salad 🥗 for lunch!
And load your dinner plate with more veggies than any other food group. (If you have an Instant Pot, try steaming broccoli, with water at the bottom, for 0 minutes on the steam setting. Yep, I said ZERO!!! The time it takes to heat up is the perfect time to steam those florets! Then sprinkle with a little sea salt.) Now who is enjoying this beautiful day?! 🙋🏼‍♀️
