Nutrition Plan! Yes PLEASE
You have heard me invite for workout challenge groups.... but who wants to dive in deeper for an in-depth nutrition program! This is perfect to pair with your current fitness program or if you are thinking of stating one!
What does this mean?
It is a specific plan just for you!
This means taking the guess work out of what to eat and when. It simplifies it so I stay on track.
It also is an eating plan based on the idea that planning meals around when your body needs certain nutrients — which could be based on the time of day as well as your workout schedule — is just as important as what you’re eating.
What I know is that it really works! I have been following it and I am ready to get quarantine abs!
